The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), a non-profit organization, serves as the official support office of the UNHCR in Japan, and conducts public relations, awareness-raising, and fund-raising activities for individuals, organizations, and corporations to protect and support refugees around the world.

To protect personal information, the Association has established, implemented, maintained, and continuously improved its personal information protection management system, and considers it its responsibility to operate and handle personal information in general under a reliable management system and safe management procedures. We have established the following "Personal Information Protection Policy" and will make every effort to comply with the Personal Information Protection Law by keeping this policy in mind at all times and ensuring that all executives and employees of the Association and all parties involved in the business of the Association are fully aware of it.
